छत्तीसगढ़ के नक्सल प्रभावित दंतेवाड़ा में नक्सलियों ने एक गोपनीय सैनिक की हत्या कर दी है। उक्त गोपनीय सैनिक ने दंतेवाड़ा के टेटम क्षेत्र में फोर्स का कैंप खुलवाने में मदद की थी।

मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक मंगलवार की देर रात कटेकल्याण थाना क्षेत्र के टेटम गांव में नक्सली आए और उमेश मरकाम को अपने साथ ले गए और गांव से थोड़ी दूर ले जाकर धारधार हथियार से हमला कर उसकी हत्या कर दी।

बुधवार की सुबह जवानों ने उमेश का शव बरामद किया है। नक्सलियों के इस वारदात के बाद क्षेत्र में दहशत का माहौल है।
